HOW TO FIND US

The village of Cloughton is six miles north of Scarborough on the A171 Scarborough - Whitby Road. The entrance to Cober Hill is 100 yards along the Staintondale Road.

We are within easy travelling distance of airports at Leeds/ Bradford Humberside and Teesside, and also North Sea Ferries at Hull.

There are good road links to Teeside via the A171; from Scarborough to York and Leeds via the A64; and to the M62 via Driffield.

Express Coach Services link many cities to Scarborough and the services from Teesside and Whitby pass through Cloughton.

Frequent rail services link York and Hull to Scarborough, with a half hourly bus service from Scarborough to Cloughton.

Cober Hill is owned by the two York charities, the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust. It operates on a non-profit making basis; all the Directors serve in a voluntary capacity.
