Making cards and learning new craft techniques in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This is an opportunity for you to meet up with like-minded people to learn new skills and to share any skills or ideas you have of your own.
Card making is a lovely thing to do for friends/family and gives a great sense of achievement as you learn new techniques to develop your designs. Each day you will see different techniques demonstrated and projects set to practise and execute them. There will be time to make some of your Christmas cards and any other special occasion cards too.
An array of bits and bobs will be available to use and materials for set projects will be provided. Everyone is welcome, beginner or old hand! We divert occasionally and craft something that doesn’t go on a card, but have fun doing it anyway.
Bring with you any crafty bits you have: glue/sticky pads/double sided tape/ruler/pencil etc.
If you think you would like to join us, know that we are an informal and relaxed group who like to inspire and be inspired.
A good sense of humour is essential!

Guest Feedback
"We are all safely back in our various homes and wanted to say a big thank you to all of the staff at Cober, who looked after us. During these very difficult times it has been hard to take the plunge to get back out into the world but we have known and visited Cober for so many years now (me over 60years) that it was to you we turned. We all felt safe, well looked after and comfortable and know how hard it must have been for everyone concerned to make the necessary health and safety arrangements for guests and staff. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already thinking about another visit soon, pandemic willing! I would be grateful if you would pass on our thanks to all concerned."
