Shonagh is a designer and artist living in Perth in Scotland with a passion for starting people off on the road of creativity. If you have never tried anything creative, Shonagh will help you to amaze yourself with what you can achieve in a very short space of time.
Jewellery making is fun and quick to get going once you have learned a few basic techniques. The course is developed to accommodate beginners and the more accomplished. We can all pick up new ideas, tips and inspiration so why not come and join in.
In 2021 we are going to take up the challenge of “make do and mend”. Up - cycling broken jewellery, items we have but don’t like, odd beads, odd earrings etc. There will be new materials available too. Bring along what ever you have and let’s get creative and see what we can do.
The course will cover various techniques which will be fully demonstrated. Tools will be provided for use during the course, but if you have round nosed pliers, flat nosed pliers and small wire cutters, then bring them along.
If you are up for the challenge then Shonagh will help you achieve great results.

"We are all safely back in our various homes and wanted to say a big thank you to all of the staff at Cober, who looked after us. During these very difficult times it has been hard to take the plunge to get back out into the world but we have known and visited Cober for so many years now (me over 60years) that it was to you we turned. We all felt safe, well looked after and comfortable and know how hard it must have been for everyone concerned to make the necessary health and safety arrangements for guests and staff. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already thinking about another visit soon, pandemic willing! I would be grateful if you would pass on our thanks to all concerned."Gladwell Family - August 2020
